TODAY|| The MEC for the Free State Department of Public Works and Infrastructure, Ms. Dibolelo Mance, conducted an oversight visit at a previously dilapidated house that has now been successfully converted into office accommodation and Veterinary Clinic (VET) for the Department of Agriculture & Rural Development.
The renovation of the old structure demonstrates government’s commitment to restoring and repurposing unused or deteriorating public assets.
“We are gradually reducing our reliance on leased buildings and moving towards utilising state-owned facilities,” said MEC Mance.
The visit marks the final inspection before the official hand-over to the Department of Agriculture & Rural Development.
