Today, 21 May 2026, MEC Dibolelo Mance honoured an invitation to attend the eThekwini Municipality 3rd Annual Property Conference.
The engagement sought to strengthen ongoing partnerships and advance strategic discussions on property development, the promotion and scaling of bankable public property developments, as well as the transformation of state-owned assets into viable investment opportunities.
This engagement marks a significant milestone that will help propel Phase 2 of the Department’s Public Property Investment Programme, reinforcing government’s commitment to sustainable infrastructure development, economic growth, and investment-driven utilisation of public assets.
